MEDITATION

I live and believe meditation is necessary for awakening.

I ask anyone who has been a student or considers themselves my student to meditate daily.

This journey of awakening is a master class through experiential moments. Inner happenings, which are beyond words, are a tool for direct discovery of Self. Meditation is going into the cave of one’s own heart. Meditation unites you with the greater consciousness; expanded, enlivening, and always an experience.

The intention of this ministry is to support others in developing a personal, palpable, and positive relationship with God/Spirit/Higher Power.

My goal is to offer meditation experiences at the end of summer,2026.
